    Hi Dave,
    Wondering if you could reassure me about a recipe of yours found in We Sure Can. I’m making the saskatoon Jam and it doesn’t seem to be producing much juice as i strain the liquid on day two… the berries were ripe (and from a tree three doors down from my toronto home ;). I’m simultaneously macerating 6 batches of a french style starwberry jam which is producing tons of syrup. So how much juice should i expect to strain off the saskatoon berries.
